I had to return the clipper case because my blades did not fit in it. Bonika Shears called me and said they shipped the wrong case. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and very sincere about them making this mistake. She offered to send me the right case or she would give me a refund. I chose to get the right case. I really appreciate the phone call and how she handled this situation. Thank you, for great customer service. I would go back and order again.

I bought a pair of the mystery shears from Bonika for $100 for my wife who cuts hair. I was very nervous and felt I was taking a gamble and worried Id end up with something not just less than the $300 value they claimed, but something less than a $100 value. I was wrong on both counts. They sent me a pair of refurbished Bonika Twisters that my wife looked over specifically looking for signs of previous use and could find none at all. These shears are like new, just as promised, freshly sharpened and intact. She has commented several times how sharp they are compared to her others, though getting used to the swivel thumb is taking some time for her. I cant guarantee every mystery shear purchaser would get the same luck of the draw, but my wife, a cosmetologist of 18 years, is beyond delighted with my purchase, both for the quality and the deal I made for us. Just had to drop a note to say thanks for the service. Received our order today. We are very pleased with the scissors.
