It is made of high carbon quality 440C teppan forged steel with a tamper resistant UFO adjustable screw and fixed finger rest. You will love the smooth action of the hand honed edges! finger holes size A for the finger and B for the thumb. Thumb is not contoured. 2.4 oz. Feels balanced. Great for scissor over comb.
