Jim O'Donnell with On The Edge Publication gives a presentation / demonstration of sharpening a convex edge shear in front of a live audience. Jim utilizes Wolff's flat hone for sharpening and their grinder for polishing in order to get a great edge with a shine. He explains the hone line and getting the inside work on the shears correctly. The methods are similar but with different nuances to the Scimech sharpening technique.
