Second, the fish is a universal symbol of prosperity and adaptability—able to thrive across borders and cultures. That reflects our heart: to equip people everywhere with the skills to succeed, whether it’s “Teach a person to cut hair” or “Teach a person to sharpen.”

Description
Jim O'Donnell with On The Edge Publication gives a presentation / demonstration of sharpening a convex edge shear in front of a live audience. Jim utilizes Wolff's flat hone for sharpening and their grinder for polishing in order to get a great edge with a shine. He explains the hone line and getting the inside work on the shears correctly. The methods are similar but with different nuances to the Scimech sharpening technique. It is worth your while to sit under the incredible knowledge Jim as amassed in his years with Wolff Industries.
