Crafted for comfort, the Gazelle features a uniquely shaped drop-finger handle and a contoured thumb that supports both traditional grips and palm-style holding. Made from tappan forged 440C high carbon stainless steel, and finished with a silky Sino polish, it feels as smooth as it cuts.
