Repair a screw-in bumper on shears where the plastic topping has popped off but the metal screw section is still in the scissors. Use this cap to pot on to the screw. Dab a drop of super glue on the screw head and push the capinto place. fits most screw-in bumpers. Pliable soft rubbery plastic. Usually in clear, but color may vary.
